  • Finger Reader Station with touch of the screen; choose different screen layouts.
  • Allows tracking of Employees’ times for:

  • Integrated with Payroll to allow information exchange from Employee(s) to Payroll and Payroll back to Employee(s).
  • Employees can:
      a. View Times Earned and Used; Vacation, Sick, etc.
      b. Review times of attendance.
      c. Complete Time & Attendance with verification of Times as read by the Finger Reader.
      d. Request Times; Vacation, Sick, etc.
      e. Track Comp Time.
      f. Print and verify their Times & Attendance.
  • Treasurers can:
      a. Establish time-range for questionable Attendance Times (early exit and late entry sign-ins).
      b. Produce reports that show questionable Attendance Times.
      c. Quickly import Time & Attendance data into Payroll for easy Payroll input as read by the Finger Reader.
      d. Overwrite system data in the event that Employee(s) forget to sign-in or request Times.
